At Qubitech, we strive to provide the best learning experience for all our students. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for course cancellations and refund requests.

Qubitech Smart Solutions Pvt. Ltd. operates the website https://learn.qubitech.io/ (hereinafter referred to as "us", "we", or "Qubitech").

Course Cancellation by Students

Students may request to cancel their course enrollment under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]
  • Cancellation requests must include the student's full name, enrollment details, and reason for cancellation
  • All cancellation requests will be processed within 7-10 business days

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the following terms based on when the cancellation request is made:

Before Course Commencement

If a cancellation request is made before the course start date:

  • 90% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the course starts
  • 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before the course starts
  • No refund if cancelled less than 3 days before the course starts

Course Cancellation by Qubitech

Qubitech reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Insufficient enrollment numbers
  • Instructor unavailability
  • Technical issues or force majeure events

In the event of course cancellation by Qubitech, enrolled students will be offered:

  • A full refund (100%) of the course fee, or
  • Transfer to another available course of equivalent value, or
  • Credit towards a future course

Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days
  • The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Transaction fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable
  • Students will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Course materials that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Certificates that have been issued
  • Administrative and registration fees
  • Any promotional discounts or offers availed

Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Students facing medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other extenuating circumstances may contact us to discuss their situation. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will make every effort to find a fair solution.

Documentation may be required to support claims for special circumstances.

Transfer of Enrollment

As an alternative to cancellation, students may request to transfer their enrollment to another course session, subject to:

  • Availability of seats in the desired course session
  • Transfer request made at least 3 days before the original course start date
  • One-time transfer allowed per enrollment (no further transfers permitted)
  • No additional fees for the first transfer; subsequent changes may incur administrative charges

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work diligently to resolve any issues in a fair and timely manner.

All disputes will be handled in accordance with Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka, India.

Policy Changes

Qubitech reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Students are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
